Get on Mailing Lists for Fast Food Places

The Sunday paper always has good coupons.

Also, there are some sites on the internet that allow you to find great coupons and print them out at home.

Coupon Mom is one of these sites that I find useful.

Some stores have a double coupon day or week, such as K-mart and Pamida. They will allow coupons up to and including a dollar. If you find and item already on sale and have a coupon for a dollar, you will get two dollars off during this special.

Shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, and laundry detergent always have coupons and seem to be on sale frequently as well.

Combine coupons with sales. I get Herbal Essences Shampoo at Pamida for fifty cents during the Pamida double coupon week.

Also, know the rotation of the produce at your grocery store. Toward the end of the rotation, certain items go on sale like strawberries and bananas. Banana bread is quick and easy to make and freezes well.

Sign up to the websites of the fast food places and stores that you regularly go to. They email you about specials and many of the fast food places give you coupons for free food on your birthday and coupons for free food just for signing up.

Dairy Queen gives a coupon for a free Blizzard treat. Many fast food places have specials for kids. This can save a lot of money. Denny's used to have a kids eat free special.

Also, many restaurants like Subway and Pizza Hut will mail you great coupons if you are on their mailing list.
