"Yard Selling" and a Bow-Front Dresser

When my husband and I first started dating he took me,"Yard Selling," as he would call it.

At the first yard sale we went to I saw a vintage bow-front dresser with columns on the side. We inspected it, it was solid oak wood and very heavy with the original pulls on the drawers. I loved it and so did he.

He bought it for me for 50.00$ which I thought was a total steal because it was an antique with it's original hardware.

Over the next couple of months he sanded, stained, and glossed the dresser and gave it to me as a birthday gift.

I love that dresser, it has become a piece of mine and my husband home and our family history.
